Formerly a rare visitor to the UK, numbers have increased in recent years and it is no longer a 'BBRC Rarity'.

Accepted RecordsEdit

• 1973: Surrey Docks (Inner London), a male on August 29th (LBR 56, Hardwick and Self)
• 1975: Surrey Docks (Inner London), a pair on September 5th and a male from September 9th-15th (LBR 56, Hardwick and Self)

All records have been accepted by the BBRC although they did comment that the 1975 records were particularly suspect as escapes from captivity.
