Thermalling Purple Heron 4th June '13, and Green Sandpiper on 21st November '13 During 2012: 73 species seen..with 36 species in the garden to include... Firecrest, Hawfinch, Brambling and Spot.Flycatcher. On Friday 21st March 2014, I managed to 'image' a flyover Raven (127) for my all time garden list. On Thursday October 1st 2015, I imaged Yellow-browed Warbler for my garden list now (128). On Friday 11th March 2016 at 6.20pm a an almost silhouetted, just below tree canopy, fly-past Little Grebe now at least (129). On Oct.2nd 9.40am an Osprey slowly soaring beyond and over the trees to rear of house before disappearing behind the tree canopy. now (130). On Sunday Nov.6th a flyover Cattle Egret. now (131). On Tuesday evening at 11.40 pm...a calling Little Owl. now (132). | |
