Head over the road into the Cemetery and check every tree and bush available. Hot spots include the churchyard area. The Lime trees along the main pathway and Cherry Trees north of the Pond, but anywhere is good. Expect Pied Flycatchers and Wood Warbler only on lucky days. Daily coverage used to produce both of these but the numbers would vary from year to year. With Pied Flycatcher from one to up to dozen a autumn. About 110 birds were recorded during the 1980s to 1990s. Very good for Woodpeckers with Lesser Spotted breeding but none recently.
